Hello,

My Pop Pop's name was Jim. Alongside his building partner Bob, they built homes from beginning to end with very few subcontractors. While this style of home construction is not as common these days, our construction company was founded on the same basic principles that they used to be successful. Every detail matters and there is usually a right way to do something.

At TownReps Construction, we want to help you with your project. As a licensed general contractor based out of Tampa, FL, we can give you a price on just about anything you want to do. We are not limited to residential work, but that does make up the majority of our experience. My name is Cory. My team and I want to put together a building plan that works for you.

Since I want to know more about your project, I'll tell you a little more about me. I have a bachelor's and a master's degree that I used while in public math education since graduating from Penn State University in 2000. Upon moving to the Tampa area, I began building residential homes as a Construction Manager for a small custom builder. After a couple years, I moved into a similar role for a larger builder. My mix of construction and public education has blended nicely into a role as a building construction technology teacher and general contractor. Now that you know a little about me, let's hear about your project.
